"The apartment is under renovation. The whole building surrounded by scaffolding. Anyone can climb in very easy. The front desk in another hotel. It take 10 minutes walk. It is very inconvenient for having heavy luggage It is not worth €450 per night!"

"Truly the greatest stop of our journey through the Alps this summer. We were torn whether to stay outside the city center at one of the other communities around Hallstatt but in the end we took the plunge and stayed at Heritage and it didn’t disappoint. We were able to amble through its quiet streets at night amidst the drizzle and rain and it was perfect. Throw in a good meal at the restaurant there when the other places in town were closed or fully booked and I’d go back again and again if I could. What a magical place Hallstatt is and what a way to complement it by the hotel."

"Beautiful old 1732 building meticulously updated and fancy. Right in the heart of the action. Breakfast was very complete and tasty, including all the European traditions. We enjoyed the two bedroom area suite with incredible view. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. "
"Although there's no reception, the check in and check out was seamless and the guests is taken care of through communication via the messages. The nearest Billa supermarket was a plus and the bus stop just infront of the property.
