Very unhappy stay. Most serious is that there was one bed missing any blanket or duvet. We reported this on the first night, but never received one for the entire weekend, which was cold weather. We were told to use towels to sleep warm! This resulted in cold and sleepless nights. Customer service was argumentative and unresponsive. Also, the cupboard doors were all jammed making them unusable. Most of the bedside lamps had the wrong plugs and no adapters and so were unusable. There was no coffee maker at all.
