“The VRBO is located in the residential section of a small rural town in central Utah. The owner lives next door and available should one require assistance. The unit is a well planned small home conversion utilizing the available space extremely well. The conversion was very well done resulting in a well appointed apartment with all the necessary appliances . The unit was very clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed.
