"Amazing hotel! Located very far from central places in the heart of the mountains with a great view. A large and varied spa, one of the best I've met. Excellent outdoor swimming pool. "Just returned to the UK from a 5 night stay at this hotel. Hotel was lovely, reception staff very pleasant and helpful. A very big thank you to the gentleman on reception last Friday October 2nd at 7AM. I think his name was Badoul, he was originally from Morocco. He went above and beyond in assisting us to get to the airport that morning when a taxi company let us down. Fantastic hotel, perfect location & very impressed by Badoul. A credit to the hotel."

Plenty of local amenities within walking distance, the breakfast was good with plenty of variety with a different ‘wow’ experience each day. The staff were super friendly, polite and helpful and most definitely recommend staying at Ona Palamos."
