In Sant Josep de sa Talaia on the Balearic island of Ibiza, the luxurious villa "La Vila 30 Gran" is located in a quiet residential area that is perfect for families with children. The 250 m² holiday home, which combines elegant design with traditional architecture, consists of a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms (3 of them with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, toys, children's books, a baby cot and a high chair. In the large outdoor area of the accommodation you will find a beautiful Mediterranean garden, a covered terrace and a covered charcoal grill. The younger guests of the house will also find an outdoor children's area with a trampoline, a slide and a playhouse. Drink an aperitif in the lounge area under the pergola in the evening, enjoy delicious grilled dishes at the long dining table with your loved ones or relax on the comfortable wicker furniture. The absolute highlight is the fantastic pool, which provides refreshment on hot summer days. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafés are 350 m away and the pebble beach of Ès Codols is 12 km from the accommodation. Listen to the gentle sound of the waves and leave the stress of everyday life behind!
Parking is available on the property. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. The owners can combine the single beds to make a double bed upon request. There is also a selection of bicycles for children, teenagers and adults.
It is possible to book additional services after the confirmation of reservation (with additional costs and upon request):
- Transfer service from Ibiza airport/port to house.
- Transfer service from the house to the airport/port of Ibiza.
- Intermediate cleaning of 2 hours and towel change.
House rules:
- All guests aged 15 and over must fill in and sign a form that the owners of the house send to the police together with their personal data and a copy of their passport (mandatory in the Balearic Islands).
- All events and parties are forbidden.
- Music or noise after midnight is not allowed (according to the municipal regulations).
- Smoking is not allowed in the house.
- Failure to comply with these rules will result in immediate check-out and cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
