Holiday Home 'Can Taika' with Sea View, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Located in the bay of San Antonio, in the municipality of San Jose, the villa Can Taika, offers its guests the best sea views of the whole island. The property of more than 500m2 is situated on a plot of 2.300m2, consists of a spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen, 7 large bedrooms (please note that 2 of them are connected, to access one bedroom you need therefore to pass through the other), 5 bathrooms and 2 toilets. Additional amenities include high speed Wi-Fi, (especially suitable for video calls), smart tv with streaming services, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine, plus high chairs and cribs for the little ones.

The vacation home has spacious outdoor areas, swimming pool with outdoor shower, garden, bbq area, several covered terraces, one of which is located an outdoor kitchen to prepare your favorite dishes overlooking the bay of San Antonio, and open terraces and solariums where you can find the relaxation you are looking for at any time. Inside the property, there is space to comfortably park up to 6 cars. Pets are welcome, as long as they are under supervision of their owners.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Villa, and there are plenty of outdoor spaces for it.

The Villa has a cleaning service of 4 hours a day except Sundays. A child care service of total confidence is at your disposal.

A kit of 4 towels per person is provided, including one pool towel, which will be changed halfway through your stay.

Please note that the maintenance person lives on-site, however, they have their own apartment and have their own separate access to the property.
