The finca Via Verde was designed with a living space of 290 m² the style of a Majorcan mansion and built in 2012.
Of course, your holiday finca has a valid official rental license for tourist rental.
The house is located on a fully fenced plot of 8.000 m² with a unique view of the blue sea and the coastal towns of Cala Millor and Sa Coma.
The name of the finca refers to the Via Verde - a cycling and walking path from Manacor to Artá, only 30 meters from the house and a truly fantastic path without dangerous traffic and therefore ideal for all ages.
Already the driveway to the finca suggests the grandeur of the plant.
It is framed by elaborately designed stone walls typical of Majorca and ends in a parking lot for up to 10 cars.
You enter the Finca Via Verde through a more than 200 years old entrance gate, which comes from a townhouse in Manacor. Already in the entreé of the house they look directly onto the pool, the beautiful garden and the blue sea.
The house has been in our ownership since the beginning of 2017 and has been completely refurbished and equipped with all the technical comforts such as air conditioning, lighted garden and paths, as well as newly designed terraces.
The finca Via Verde has 4 air-conditioned newly furnished double bedrooms, all equipped with wireless flat TV's.
Three of the bedrooms are upstairs, with the master bedroom with an open fireplace, walk-in dressing room and a stately bathroom with XXL bathtub, shower & massage shower and a toilet.
The two other bedrooms on the first floor share a spacious bathroom with toilet, bath and integrated shower and have, like the master bedroom, unobstructed views of the sea.
Two of the bedrooms on the first floor also have spacious terraces with seating for a wonderful view of the rising sun and sea.
On the lower level is the fourth double bedroom with garden view, the corresponding comfortable bathroom has been completely refurbished.
Of course, in the choice of beds on people with allergies, all mattresses are suitable for allergy sufferers and of course equipped with the newest box spring system.
To the left of Entreé is the large living room, which on the one hand invites you to a Chippendale couch and two chairs to linger in front of the roaring fireplace, and on the other hand has a huge comfortable couch and a 65 inch flat screen TV (165 cm screen size). to miss any of your shipment.
Also to the little ones (and adults) we thought, because after a long beach or pool day with a Wii game console incl. Accessories and 280 games for variety provided the best - playable on the flat TV.
All TV's have German, English and Spanish SAT programs and can also be used via wifi to surf the Internet.
Wi-Fi is available in the entire house and outdoor area unlimited for you.
For a breakfast - lunch or dinner in the dining room provides a beautiful table made of old olive wood with truly royal chairs made of the finest blue velvet - and always with a view of the pool and the sea!
The kitchen was made of teak wood, as used in yacht construction, and is fully equipped to the chef or cook.
From the XXL oven to the modern fridge-freezer, coffee machine to toaster, purging bar, blender, tea maker and an electric citrus press everything is there to offer you your usual comfort even during the holidays.
The outdoor areas of the finca Via Verde captivate above all by the view of the sea, the pool the garden incl. Vegetable garden for the free removal of fruits and vegetables (seasonal) and especially by the XXL - BBQ area with a barbecue of 5.40 meters in length!
Take a seat at the Chil Out Lounge, where up to 10 people can relax. Here you can enjoy your morning coffee or let the day fade away with a cold glass of cava, the splendid Spanish sparkling wine.
Do you like dining outdoors?
No problem, we have taken care of that too!
Under a shady gazebo made of eucalyptus wood you will find a dining table with comfortable chairs - the sea and the pool always in view!
And for the right guys?
Of course, the grillers below you a typical Mallorcan outdoor kitchen in XXL format available.
On a total length of 5.40 meters we have built an original Majorcan Barbacoa made of sandstone.
Here you have the opportunity to prepare 8 pizzas in the wood oven with a size of 1.6 x 1.6 meters and to organize a party for many guests on the grill with a grill area of gigantic 1.6 meters.
In the middle of the grill is the Paella Station - also here you have enough space to get all fed up.
For smaller barbecue days you also have a smaller charcoal grill available in the outdoor area.
We note that for safety reasons NO gas is provided!
The pool of Finca Via Verde is another highlight of your holiday home.
Immerse yourself in beautiful water and stretch your lengths on a water surface of over 110 m² - the considerable size is an absolute rarity in Mallorca.
The depth is gentle and starts at 1.20 meters and ends at 1.90 meters.
Due to the construction as an infinity pool (overflow pool), the sea view is guaranteed even during swimming and you might almost believe that you are swimming directly towards the sea.
Technically, the pool is equipped with a fully automatic dosing system for chlorine & PH values, thus 24 hours perfect water quality is guaranteed.
And the cleanliness of our gardener Julio, who cleans the pool once a week and ensures the perfect garden care.
After the fun in the water 8 sun loungers with large umbrellas provide for relaxation or you swing in the giant hammock in a gentle afternoon sleep and let yourself be tickled by the gentle rays of the sun - pure holiday feeling!
An XXL trampoline with a diameter of 3.60 meters incl. Protective nets with a height of 2.50 meters are available.
Furthermore, your holiday home has a basketball hoop incl. Balls, a dartboard incl. Arrows, as well as a meadow area in football field size directly after the swimming pool available - boredom is guaranteed not on!
As already mentioned in the introduction, the finca is located directly on the Via Verde, the bike path from Manacor to Artá. Explore the Via Verde, completely without traffic and street noise in a wonderfully picturesque landscape.
Of course, we are happy to organize bicycles of any size and deliver them for the desired rental period to you in the house,

In order to save you the purchase in the supermarket immediately after arrival in your holiday home, we offer you optionally a "Merienda" (Mallorcan snack).
Here you will find a richly laid table with Mallorcan specialties and drinks (wine, beer, water, orange juice) on arrival in your home.
Your kids can jump into the water right away and enjoy your vacation from the first minute!
