The junior suit had sufficient room for our travels and the included amenities were top notch. If I had to rate any improvement it would only be to add shampoo, otherwise, location, staff, and the beaches Amazing!!

Great hotel BUT… you’re not a beach club!

A really great hotel - spotlessly clean and the breakfast selection is fantastic. The spa area is lovely and relaxing and well worth a visit during your stay. Staff can be a bit standoffish/millitant and some of them lack warmth and customer service. I would point out that the hotel reserves 25% of their sunbeds for guests who wish to pay for them. Sorry MiM Mallorca - you’re not a beach club in Ibiza, you’re a hotel in Mallorca. Allow your guests to have a sun lounger without paying!

The staff was fantastic – incredibly friendly and attentive. We were truly impressed by the hotel and are convinced we made the best choice. The rooms were beautiful, the views stunning, and there were lovely areas to relax, including a rooftop pool. The location is also perfect; everything is easily accessible from there. Just a small note: some of the tiles in the rooftop pool had come loose in one spot, which could be dangerous if you don’t see it and step on it. Although we’ll probably not visit Mallorca again, we will absolutely recommend this hotel to others - and we already did! Thank you so much MiM-Staff!

Beautiful hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. The balcony facing the sea was stunning. We also loved the rooftop which has a second pool and a beautiful view overlooking the sea. There are restaurants and bars nearby! We would definitely come back!

Fantastic hotel but poor food.

Fantastic hotel. Very clean. Very modern. Well laid out. Super comfy beds. Can definitely say we enjoyed our stay. However, the food was a let down. The food was very mediocre, hardly anything vegan, the food quality was not to the standard of the hotel. Service was ok. Bar staff were fantastic but waiters and waitresses werent very good. Would return but the food would had to have been massively improved on. Next time I think we’d eat outside the hotel.

Pros: The facilities. The hotel is absolutely stunning. New, modern, and SO clean. We got the room with a full ocean view and it was gorgeous. The wraparound balcony was so fun. The pool is very nice, with a nice ocean view. Their rooftop pool is so fun & has a bar The bathroom had a window overlooking the ocean that opened up and you could hear the waves while showering Cons: The staff is very young - agewise and experience-wise. They all seem new and it shows in their hospitality. We tried 3 alcoholic beverages and they were some of the worst we’ve ever had. I finally ordered a margarita thinking how can you mess up a margarita? But that they did. I got it with no ice, in a martini glass, looking and tasting quite sad. The bar crew is in some deep need of training. We got the breakfast & dinner plan & I highly recommend you skip. The breakfast was average, but the dinner was just sad and repetitive and often cold. If you are looking to visit the popular calas on social media, they are all quite far from this location. One day we opted to just hang out at the beach by the hotel to avoid driving and we were very disappointed. There was so much trash in the ocean. Plastic bags, plastic bottles, kids running unsupervised with full bags of food in the ocean which were then falling in & creating more trash.

Loved our stay at MiM! Before arrival, I exchanged a few emails with the hotel staff about arranging a surprise for my fiancé’s birthday — they were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make it special. The gym and spa facilities were lovely, and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet had a great selection, including fresh fruit and made-to-order omelettes. Highly recommend!

We had an awesome stay at this hotel. The personell was extraordinarily friendly, it was clean, great food. The rooftop terrace with pool is the biggest tradeoff for missing beach areas directly upfront the hotel.
