Casa C'an Biel is located in a quiet residential area of Sa Coma, just 300 metres as the crow flies from the beautiful sandy Sa Coma Beach. The detached house has a spacious, sheltered garden with an inviting 8 x 4 metre pool, ideal for relaxing hours and refreshing moments in the water.
A large driveway leads to the house, which is accessed via a staircase. A spacious living room with satellite TV and WLAN awaits you on the first floor. A bright dining area and access to the large terrace offer a marvellous view over the residential area. The adjoining rustic kitchen is fully equipped. On this floor there is a bedroom with a Mallorcan double bed and a bathroom.
The staircase leads to the second floor with two further bedrooms with double beds, a second bathroom and a cosy reading corner. On the ground floor there is a garage with washing machine and storage rooms.
The beach of Sa Coma can be easily reached on foot in about 7 minutes. In Sa Coma you will find all amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants, shops and medical facilities. The natural headland Punta de n'Amer is also nearby. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday!

Optional additional costs: If desired, an air conditioning flat rate (cold/warm) of 15,- Euro per day can be booked on arrival. The price of the tourist tax (eco-tax) is to be paid separately and is subject to the current rates of the legislation.

Wir haben 12 Tage in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus verbracht und können es nur wärmstens empfehlen! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen – es fehlt an nichts. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gepflegte Außenanlagen, die zum Verweilen und Entspannen einlädt. Der Pool wird regelmäßig (zweimal wöchentlich) gereinigt und ist immer in einwandfreiem Zustand.Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen sind die Outdoormöbel, die leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind. Aber das tut der insgesamt sehr positiven Erfahrung keinen Abbruch.Ein großes Lob geht auch an Maria, die sehr nett ist und bei Problemen sofort zur Hilfe bereitsteht. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.Der Strand sowie einige Restaurants sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.Alles in allem ein tolles Haus, ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

This is a fabulous property. The pool is superb and the house is very clean. We gave visited before and came back as they now have air conditioning in yhe bedrooms. Only loses one star as it does state rustic kitchen but we came 3 years ago and it was rustic then but is seriously in need of an upgrade. The hinges to the cupboards are just about hanging on and the drawers dont close evenly. The cooker is also very old and several times tripped the electricity fuses. As long as you go with those things in mind you will thoroughly enjoy your stay.

Schönes Haus mit allen was man braucht in ruhiger Gegend, aber in Top Lage. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt.

Great villa with everything you'll need.

We spent a lovely relaxing fortnight at the villa. Yes it's dated, and yes the bathrooms would benefit from being modernised but it had everything we needed and we grew to love it.The outside areas are great, the pool was a godsend and someone came round twice a week to check the levels and clean it. You aren't overlooked at all which made a nice change. We even had our own lemon trees which were used in our G&T's. The toilet round the pool was a nice little touch and saved a trip upstairs to the bathroom.The villa was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. It can get very warm in there though if you're daft enough to cook, like we did a couple of evenings and the oven seems to go from warm to a furnace in no time at all. The terrace was a lovely spot to eat lunch and dinner and was shaded from midafternoon. The wifi was sufficient for our needs. We paid extra for the aircon, its in all 3 bedrooms and we couldn't have coped without it. In my opinion it was worth paying extra for. Location was great. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars and shops. You could also walk to the nearest supermarket although we had a car which made life a lot easier. The beach is busy but the sea is fantastic, clear, shallow and warm.Maria was brilliant. Her english isn't the best but probably better than my Spanish! At one point we had a plumbing issue, nobodies fault but Maria and the plumbers went out of thier way to sort it, so we couldn't complain.We would return.

Ons verblijf in Sa Coma

Ligging, heel goed .Woongedeelte goed.Keuken oud en aan vernieuwen toe . Badkamers zijn erg verouderd , ligbad moet worden gebruikt als douche en heeft geen kraan , dus om te douchen moet je in het ligbad stappen . Beide badkamers zijn dringend aan renovatie toe Zwembad was heel mooi . Heel de woning was bij aankomst heel netjes gepoetst. Mvg . Herman

Tolle Lage, großes Haus

Das Haus ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollkommen sauber und gut ausgestattet. die Betten sind gut, der Pool groß und sehr sauber. er wird 2x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Strand ist nur 10 Gehminuten entfernt und es gibt Strandutensilien inkl. Schirm und Spielzeug . absolute Weiterempfehleung.

Schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar kleineren Makel

Die Finca hat einen schönen Pool und Außenbereich. Sie ist sehr rustikal aber funktional eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Sie war bei Ankunft sehr sauber und der Aussenbereich wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes mehrfach gesäubert. Die Kommunikation war allerdings recht penetrant und anstrengend. Es wurde x-Fach versucht extra 15€ pro Tag für die Klimaanlagen zu verkaufen. Bei der Tagesrate sollte es mit drin sein oder zumindest will man als Urlauber keine anstrengende Cross-Selling Initiative. Für die Ausweiskontrolle hielt sich die Dame, die sich um das Haus kümmert nicht an die abgemachte Uhrzeit und weckte mich frühzeitig. Zu unserer Zeit gab es extrem viele Mücken. Mückengitter, zumindest an den Schlafzimmer Fenstern, würden sehr helfen.

Sehr schönes Anwesen

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Villa mit dem tollen Grundstück und dem Pool bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Alles war vorhanden, auch wenn die Küche etwas veraltet ist. Der Strand, die Geschäfte und die Restaurants waren fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können es nur empfehlen.

Eine gute Wahl

Wir haben eine Woche Anfang Oktober hier verbracht und konnten die Zeit gut geniessen. Der eirnichtung ist schon einwenig älter voll funktional und man merkt das die Besitzer die Wohnung pflegen. Der Pool war das Highlight für unsere Kinder.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit Garten und großen Pool

Wunderschönes, großes Ferienhaus, etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Gasherd, ältere Möbel), aber dennoch richtig authentisch und gemütlich. Der Garten ist wunderschön und gepflegt, tolle Zitronenbäume und großer Pool,der auch oft gereinigt wird. Maria, die Besitzerin ist sehr nett. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Schönes Haus in guter Lage

Nachdem wir sehr herzlich und liebevoll von Maria empfangen worden sind, hatten wir sehr schöne Wochen auf Mallorca. Das Haus hat ist komplett ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Poolbereich ein Traum, mit Außendusche und WC. Die Einrichtungen zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Lage ist perfekt...außerhalb von mittendrin. Das heißt, man konnte alles fussläufig erreichen und trotzdem hatte man eine ruhige Lage. Zur Einkaufsmeile ca. 7min zu Fuß und zum Strand 1min länger. Maria kam zweimal die Woche zur Poolpflege, somit war der immer sauber und perfekt zum schwimmen. Der Ort selber bietet viel Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und genügend Restaurants. Wir haben das Haus direkt wieder fürs nächste Jahr gebucht und freuen uns auf das Wiedersehen mit Maria und natürlich auch auf den schönen breiten Strand, mit toller Promenade.

Great location and pool area

Great location, less than 10 min walk to the beach, 5 min walk to restaurants and small supermarket, 10 min walk to a large supermarket. Awesome pool and pool area. Super nice balcony for eating and socializing. Air condition in all three bedrooms. Room for 3 cars on driveway. Not the newest standard but clean and nice. Kitchen kind of small but there’s room for two people cooking at the same time.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in dem Haus verbracht. Die Besitzerin ist super freundlich und die Übergabe hat super geklappt. Das Haus ist schon etwas älter, hat aber alles was man braucht. Der Pool ist klasse und wir hatten viel Spaß. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Das Haus und der Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool würd während unseres 7-tägigen Aufenthalts zusätzlich zur laufenden Filteranlage gereinigt (top). Die Dame, die uns das Objekt übergeben hat, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Urlaub war rundherum sehr schön, obwohl es abends im April doch noch sehr kühl war. Kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Gemischte Gefühle

Die Unterkunft ist gut gelegen und hat einen schönen Außenbereich. Die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Dachgeschoss haben sich Fliesen gelöst und die Türe ging entsprechend schwer bis gar nicht auf. Ein Bett ist so instabil, dass keiner von uns darin schlafen wollte. Grundlegende Sachen wie Spültabs und Klopapier war da, aber deutlich weniger als wie als üblich empfinden für fünf Personen. Grundlegende Nahrungsmittel wie Öl und Pfeffer wären wünschenswert gewesen. Dennoch sind wir gut erholt und haben uns über die Gastfreundschaft von Maria gefreut!
