This 3rd floor apartment, with elevator, has a comfortable and large living-dining room, where you can relax watching TV-SAT or chatting all together after an entertaining day at the beach or after eating or dining on the dining table. From here, you gain access to the kitchen which is provided with ceramic hob and all the essentials for cooking with enjoyment. Likewise, you have access to the laundry that is also equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. In terms of rest, there are two bedrooms with a double bed and another one with two single beds; both of them feature a wardrobe as well as air conditioning. Moreover, one of the dormitories also has space to allocate a crib and a high chair, in case you need it. Finally, the accommodation is completed with a shower bathroom.

The house is located at Son Servera - Cala Millor municipality, at only some meters away from the beach. The surroundings of Cala Millor are characterized by its tourist attractions as well as its great variety of gastronomical and leisure options.
