The villa is set within a 1,210 m² plot and boasts beautifully landscaped exteriors designed for both relaxation and entertainment. From the shaded porch and sunbathing terrace, guests can admire captivating sea views while enjoying the private swimming pool, which measures 8 by 4 metres. Beneath the porch lies a well-equipped bar area with a stone barbecue, adjacent to a pergola offering al fresco dining space. The lower garden level features a generous grass lawn, ideal for families with children.
Inside, La Casa Noble spans two floors and combines spaciousness with comfort. On the ground floor, the open-plan living and dining area seamlessly connects to a fully equipped kitchen and provides access to three twin bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The upper level hosts the master double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, affording greater privacy and elevated sea views. All bedrooms and the main living space are fitted with air conditioning to ensure comfort during warmer months.
The villa comes with high-speed internet, television, a washing machine, iron, hairdryer, and all standard kitchen appliances including dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine. Open-air parking is available on site.
Included in the rental price are bed linen and towel changes every ten days, final cleaning, air conditioning, internet access, and parking. Optional services are available at an additional cost and include a baby high chair (€50 per booking), cot/crib (€50 per booking), bed guard (€2.15 per night), fans (€2 per night), pool towels (€2 per night), food pack (€50 per booking), and maid service (€25 per hour).
A refundable security deposit of €500 is required and held via credit card with the final payment. Tourist tax is included in the total rental price. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Please note that La Casa Noble does not permit smoking, pets, or groups of young people under 25 years of age.
