"Just returned home from an excellent stay at villa Santa Brigida. The villa is in an excellent location, just an easy 10 minute stroll from the centre of Cala'n Porter. All facilities are great, especially the outside eating area and the pool. Communication with Julio was perfect, both before and during our stay. "Room cleaning and maid service very good. Staff not very knowledgable about the area. AC in lobby was excellent but inefficient in the room, reception staff were not interested in getting it sorted. Breakfast was adequate"

"The hotel is nicely situated close to the town which has a lovely beach, a couple of shops and a handful of restaurants which served great food. We stayed in the hotel on a B&B basis. The quality of the food was good, only issue was the number of staff cooking at the station - the chef was trying to cook at three stations so offer had to wait. The replenishing of food also needs to improve as agin often had to ask for things. Requires more waiting staff in the restaurant as service was slow at times - however all the staff worked incredibly hard. The room was spacious. We had an issue with the first room and asked to be moved. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard. Given this was the prestige section of the hotel, I would have expected an adults only area. This was not the case - I would recommend the hotel look into this as several people have stated similar on their reviews."

"On arrival our room type wasn’t available as the air conditioning wasn’t working however a delux room was allocated and the appropriate compensation was given. We switched to all inclusive at the last minute and found it was one of the best we had. The only frustrating thing was not being able to have the bar menu between 1-4pm. The staff were all friendly and the property was maintained. We will likely return in the future."

"Nous sommes globalement satisfait de notre séjour.Points positifs:- logement très bien situé au calme- plage à pied à proximité (5-10min environ)- literie très confortable et de qualité- communication fluide avec l'hôte Points négatifs:- pas de clim dans la pièce principale- pas de table pour manger à l'intérieur (serait utile lors des fortes chaleur ou des invasions de moustiques)- forte odeur d'humidité dans certains meuble de la cuisine.- check out à 10h et non 11h comme indiqué sur le site."

"Well located hotel with a great pool breakfast and across the road from the sea. Didn’t appreciate having to pay for a fridge ( for my meds) or the safe surely these things should be provided as they are in 90% of hotels and the usual sunbed wars with some beds being reserved the night before. The staff are not bothered"
