“Ich hatte zwar nicht den Bergblick, den habe ich mir real bei den Wanderungen geholt. Ansonsten alles super, ich bin rundherum zufrieden. Frühstück ausreichend, Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Ja und wie man in den Wald hineinschallt so schallt es auch heraus. Ich gebe einen Stern mehr....”

“Very goos atmosphere to stay here, although the room isn't feel like old castle, but the bar and restaurant do have the middle age feeling. The view from hotel is awesome, changing everymornig, u can see sunrise and sunset here. If u come by bus, it will be a little bit hard to climb up to the hotel with big luggage(no taxi there). Staffs in the hotel are very nice and all can speak english too.”

“エアコンがうるさいので音に敏感な人は寝れないかなって思った。真夏の宿泊には向いてないかも。私は真冬に宿泊したけどエアコン切ってても寒くなかったので、エアコン無しで過ごしてました。寝るときはエアコン無しでちょうどいいもしくはちょっと暑い。乾燥は強め。春秋冬の宿泊は問題なさそうです。 宿泊客自体は少ないので隣の部屋の騒音とかそういうのは気にならなかったです。 アメニティはタオル、ハンドソープ、ボディソープと必要最低限。足りないものがあったら近くのスーパー行けばそろうので問題なさそうです。 ホテルスタッフもほどよくフレンドリーで丁寧な接客でした。水回りは髪の毛が数本あったけど、まあ海外だから仕方ないかなってイメージ。”

“When we arrived we had to wait some time for anyone to come to reception to check in. Room was ok but the floor was pretty grubby. We had no hot water, we told them & she said the plumber was working on it. We did get hot water not long after, then our air conditioning wiuldt work. It was about 30 degrees so pretty hot. We told them & we went out for a drink & by the time we got back it had been fixed. So pretty good service. Breakfast was very good. ”

“A fun time with a great staff. They went above and beyond for Halloween. It’s a grand big space with big comfortable public spaces and a nice room with a balcony. ”

“Ideal for a relaxing break, with a good choice of restaurants (including one Michelin star) and the option to visit a medieval Monastery just 3min walk away as well as a number of trekking options by the Llobregat river. As a curiosity, this complex also hosts the Alicia foundation, led by Ferran Adria (El Bulli) dedicated to tech innovation in cuisine and especially focussed at healthy eating during cancer treatment.”

“Staying at hotel America was like staying in a Soviet era tower block in Moscow in the 1970s. My room was very cold and I had to request heating to be put on. Even with the extra (old and grubby) blanket I was cold all night. The room has probably not been updated since the building was constructed so the bright blue bathroom suite with missing plugs was like something from the 1970s. On the positive side, public areas are clean and up-to-date and the staff are pleasant. The amount charged……
