“We arrived at the hotel very excited and were truly impressed by the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we left feeling very disappointed.
I travel frequently and have stayed in many hotels. Sometimes everything is perfect, sometimes just average, and usually small inconveniences can be overlooked. However, in this case our stay in Room 3 was extremely difficult, and we left without having slept.
