“Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. “We really enjoyed our stay at Xenia guest house. The rooms were perfectly clean and all of the staff were super friendly. We enjoyed starting our morning with a very good breakfast made to order on the rooftop. I believe all rooms have an unusual shower placement in the bedroom that is an open glass cube allowing no privacy, this could be awkward or not depending on your travel partner.”
