「Overall good hotel, excellent location」

「酒店旁边的餐厅 味道巨好 我开车去的，所以查的时候 选的是有停车场的 第一次去威尼斯也不懂 比较二 以为可以开到酒店。 我们停车的地方到酒店两公里吧 各种桥要搬行李 酒店没有电梯 但是服务态度不错。钥匙上坠的东西巨重，因此酒店会让旅客出门前把钥匙放他们那保管。」

「在威尼斯內很方便也很乾淨的飯店，不管步行或是坐船都可以。但預定的房間可能是頂層和木造，除了有點潮濕味～其他都非常好！」

The staff are the friendly and respectful, they are the major reason why I like this hotel so much. The location is perfect, there's one dock right at the corner all the way directly to airport. 「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...

「This hotel is one of the best we stayed during out Italy trip, from the front desk to the restaurant to the room cleaning ladies. Front desk staff were pretty helpful in providing information and water taxi booking. very close to St Marco square and there are plenty of restaurants around with a supermarket only 5 mins walking away.」

「離車站走路約8-10分鐘，路程需上下橋，不建議拖大行李箱。櫃檯員工親切，check in完有專人幫提行李並帶領到房間。有送一人一杯飲料bar的飲品。房間大小還行，整體整齊乾淨，但剛入房時有一股蠻重的消毒水味道。」
