The room itself was clean, the housekeeping staff very helpful and friendly. The comfort of them room a NEGATIVE for me! The pull out bed was STRAW! The refrigerator froze our stuff. 2nd night loud music all night from somewhere in the hotel or very close to it!

Breakfast was excellent. Cleaning was okay. Staff was good. Parking I don't know why you charge $20 a day. And we didn't have parking. It was noisy at 6:00 in the morning kids upstairs. I love the bed though.

The first room they put us in was 4th floor 2 queen beds. However the TV didn't work--called to get help, Guy came to room but couldn't fix it, said a tech would be up by 9-10 AM, waited but no one showed up, called and was told tech would be up ASAP. she went on break without passing the word to tech, went down to front desk and was told some one would be up shortly. Finally I demanded a new room as originally reserved (king w/handicap access). Desk manager found room on 1st floor and helped us move to new room. Breakfast was great each morning. Be aware parking is added to room charge @ $20/day.
