You'll love this airy, well appointed, 1-bedroom, 2nd floor apt surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes. The full-kitchen with the most modern appliances will wow you as will the rain-shower bathroom. Your own, in-unit, washer-dryer is sure to please. Pullout couch in the living area for a 3rd guest. Separate ACs for living & bdrm.
This 2nd floor apartment is accessible from a very private entrance just past your own outdoor sitting area great to enjoy a cup of coffee in the mornings. The open modern kitchen has a drawer-microwave, dishwasher drawer, gas cook-top with exhaust-fan and oven. The living room has lots of windows with beautiful treetop views of the neighborhood and sunset. And a 65" Samsung Frame TV with rotating art. The private bedroom can be completely shut off from your living area, making it perfect for guests desiring their separate sleeping areas.
