My 2 story apartment home is perfect for families visiting with its large and spacious floor plan. Each bedroom has a King sized memory foam bed, a full bathroom and a 55" 4K Roku TV. The washer and dryer is available to use in the home with complimentary laundry pods being provided. Make yourself a coffee every morning with our Keurig - Kcups, creamers, sugar and tea provided. Need more beds? We have 2 foldable twin beds for you to use and sofa turns into a Queen sized pull out bed which also has a 55" 4K Roku TV. If you choose to stay in the home, I provide board games also! Need to work? The home has free fast 200Mbs Wifi.
Complex is small and well lit. Your reservation comes with 1 reserved parking spot in my gated parking area - additional parking is available as well for $10 a night. I'm a big believer in safety so not only do you need a code to get into the parking area and a code to get into the actual complex but the home comes with a home security system which allows you self-check-in using our door keypad.
Home is just minutes away from Downtown Santa Ana and just a short drive to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, Honda Center, Angel's Stadium and much more

Not Bad, Not Great
Pros:
-Great host communication
-plenty of towels, paper towels ect
-spacious with 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen area.
Cons:
-neighborhood is sketchy. The two complex on each side look run down and the trash in the big bins haven't been taken out in weeks it seem (smelled bad). Dog poop everywhere. And in the complex there were two induvial smoking weed in the stairwell frequently. Trash everywhere around the complex.
-didn't seem cleaned. On our way out I could see medicine pills under the tv stand. Showers seemed greasy, not cleaned.
-back area is small and full of debris from the house neighboring.
While the host was great at communicating and space wise it was great for my husband, myself and our two dogs I wouldn't say I'd recommend this place for anyone with kids.

Best decision
This property was exactly what we needed. Close to Disney, fit the family, easy access and parking, washer/dryer & kitchen. Kids favorite part was the smart TVs in every room. Thank you!

Great location and great communication with the host
Check-in was easy and we were able to get a 2nd parking spot for $10 which helped out a lot. The place was clean and plenty of room for the 5 kids to sleep. I'd definitely recommend this place to friends and family!

Everything was great. We asked to check in early and we were able to which was really nice. The only thing was we couldn’t figure out how the heater/AC worked, but aside from that everything was great.
