El personal es una maravilla. Muy atento en todo momento. Se come muy bien, tanto en el chiringuito como en el restaurante Sólo destacar un par de cosas que se podrían mejorar: WIFI que va regular y luego, aunque está avisado, es raro que los clientes del hotel tengan que pagar 8 euros por dos hamacas y sombra cada día que vas. Tampoco tienen toallas para piscina. Como digo, está avisado en la web, pero es raro. Por lo demás, genial

Malos accesos. Instalaciones antiguas y nada renovadas. El cobrar por las hamacas en la piscina es de muy mal gusto ya que el alojamiento no es barato precisamente. El entorno es muy bonito y acogedor pero no compensa lo que cuesta llegar a él

Nos ha encantado haber estado en este complejo turístico rural. Todos muy amables. Todo muy limpio y la decoración es un poco mezclado mar con montaña. El trato y servicio, amabilidad y la atención constante del camarero del chiringuito Víctor fue excelente. Le quito un punto al hotel porque solo la mitad de las tumbonas de la piscina son nuevas, el resto es colo tumbarse en una piedra o están rotas. Volveremos seguro, gracias.

Me gustó la tranquilidad del lugar y la ubicación. Trato agradable del personal y atentos. No me gustó que la cisterna del baño estuviera estropeada y no tener presión en el agua para ducharte por las mañanas. Se notaba en los exteriores dejadez y zonas estropeadas sin hacer mantenimiento.

Me encantó el lugar estar en plena naturaleza, la carretera de acceso casi sin asfalto y muchos baches. La comida de buena calidad y abundante. El desayuno podría mejorar. El uso de mascarillas por algunos clientes brillaba por su ausencia, las chicas muy correctas en los protocolos covid y muy simpáticas pedíamos la cena y nos la traían al apartamento en eso un 10. En cambio algunos empleados se olvidaban de la mascarilla obligatoria . Nosotros en todo momento mantuvimos la distancia correcta y el uso de máscarilla.

Absoluta decepción

Pedimos una casa-apartamento. El estado de conservación es lamentable: las camas cojeaban en mayor o menor medida, las puertas y picaportes rechinaban todos. Ningún equipamiento en la cocina salvo platos, cubiertos y vasos. Iba para varios días pero me marché en cuanto pude encontrar alternativa. Un desastre.

Friendly greeting at check in.Excellent service from the staff, especially Imad his attention to your requests goes above and beyond. The apartment had a comfortable bed,was exceptionally clean,very quiet location,Evening meals/breakfast are good and of course the views of the mountainous region are superb. Persevere with the road to the hotel it’s not exactly smooth!! You can think you have taken a wrong turning!! All in all I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
