「We had an amazing time. Have been coming to Carpinteria for many years and have stayed in a lot of places by the beach and this was great! The half bath was nice to have, comfy bed upstairs, and plenty of room for the two of us! We love everything about Carp and this really was a comfortable stay. 」

「The location was great. Walking distance to the zoo and beach. The place was lovely down to the smallest detail. The property manager Heather was a delight and very helpful during our stay. 」

「The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. 」

「We had everything we needed. The place was decorated beautifully. I loved all the little touches-makeup remover and a special makeup towel and toiletries provided and all the wonderful ceiling fans. The location was perfect too!」

「We were very comfortable here for 30 days in the Summer. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the spacious accommodations and comfy king bed. Would definitely return again.」
