「Great property ! Everything was perfect , including a great location for shops and restaurant and 3 minutes walking from the coast . 」

「Excellent location a block and a half from the water with a nice boardwalk nearby. The condo itself was well appointed and conveniently had two bathrooms (one being very small, but easy access from the first floor). The kitchen was well equipped and obviously recently updated very nicely, but some essentials were missing like a usable set of tongs and measuring cups. Minor. Highly recommended!」

「Beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood of Santa Barbara just two blocks from the beach, the harbor, and the Santa Barbara Pier. Walking distance to all the restaurants in downtown Santa Barbara and the Funk Zone - no need to worry about finding parking, just walk and relax. The property was lovely, with a private garage on the bottom floor, bedrooms and full baths on the second floor, spacious kitchen and living room on the third floor, and a rooftop patio on the top floor. 「We loved staying here, just across the street from the sand with a nice community pool and spa. It’s a small unit but had a nice big patio that was perfect for sandy towels, boogie boards etc. It was well stocked with towels, linens and a full kitchen with all the amenities there to cook and pack lunches for the beach. Management was incredibly friendly and great at communicating with us. Would definitely stay again!」
