「This is such a hidden jewel. I hesitate to write such a good review because I want to keep it secret. But truly, it was such a wonderful place for us to visit. We live in town so we had a little staycation and it was just perfect. Mark was so great and easy to communicate with. We loved our place and it was walking distance to everything. It made a gathering we had at the beach so wonderful because we were able to run back-and-forth, if we needed anything. We will definitely stay again.」

「We found this little condo sparkling clean, lovingly decorated, and well equipped. It’s a small space but very comfortable for my sister and I. It’s more like a studio-plus, so sister took the bed and I used the couch. The couch was amazingly comfortable-I slept really well every night! The property as a whole is very pretty and well maintained. The beach is very close, just down the stairs and across the street. Our host, Chris, was easy to reach and was kind and helpful. 「When they say steps away from the beach, they mean it. It was very convenient and just our pace. I was disappointed to see off shore oil rigs in the distance. Watch out for beach tar. Carp is a great little town with good restaurants and ten minutes from Santa Barbara. Santa Barbara airport is so easy to get in and out of. If you want a quiet slow pace beach stay, this is a great option.」

「The location was beautiful just like the picture. Wonderfully located near food pubs breakfast houses etc. very clean property. Would stay here again. The bed and couch were very stiff. I think these should be considered to be upgraded. And the pillows were flat.」
