The apartment was perfect for my husband and I and our adult daughter, giving us a place to relax and cook in the evenings after busy days hiking and wine tasting in the surrounding area. We'll definitely be back!”

“Our second visit from 6 months ago. Still very nice apartment located within easy walking distance to the Funk Zone and the beach. Street parking is easy during the week and there are 2 spaces in the back although it does take some parking skills to maneuver in the back. Well appointed apartment with comfortable sofa. We’ll return again if we are lucky enough to find ourselves in Santa Barbara again.”

“We just stayed here with a group of 10 and honestly nobody wanted to leave. The house was absolutely immaculate and spotless from top to bottom. Every detail of the home was beautifully designed inside and out, and the pictures truly do not do it justice.The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had every utensil and appliance you could possibly need. The pool was amazing, the movie room was incredible, and the entire property was extremely well maintained. You can tell the owners really care……

“The location was a nice 12 min drive to Solvang and a 5 min drive to the Chumash casino. Scenery was excellent, quiet and very peaceful. The casita was large and spacious. The kitchen was fully equipped. The tv had plenty of streaming services. Just a heads up, look out for spiders. We used the queen sofa bed which is located in the living room and the windows there don’t have curtains since it’s on private land.”
