「Our second visit from 6 months ago. Still very nice apartment located within easy walking distance to the Funk Zone and the beach. Street parking is easy during the week and there are 2 spaces in the back although it does take some parking skills to maneuver in the back. Well appointed apartment with comfortable sofa. We’ll return again if we are lucky enough to find ourselves in Santa Barbara again.」

「We just stayed here with a group of 10 and honestly nobody wanted to leave. The house was absolutely immaculate and spotless from top to bottom. Every detail of the home was beautifully designed inside and out, and the pictures truly do not do it justice.The kitchen was perfect for cooking and had every utensil and appliance you could possibly need.
