Family Summer Holiday at Island View Escape.

We have spent our family summer holidays in Santa Barbara for the last 15 years and this was one of the best houses that we have stayed in. Fantastic location, great views across the city but also nice and quiet. Large clean rooms and well appointed kitchen. Great company to deal with.

Another Beautiful Stay In The American Riviera

This was our 2nd time staying in this lovely home with spectacular views of Santa Barbara, the ocean, and the Channel Islands. We enjoyed the cool breezes through the open sliding glass doors during the days and the cozy fires from the gas fireplace in the evenings. The king bed was heavenly. The location was perfect for short drives to downtown, Montecito, the beach, golf, and the fun shops in Summerland. We had fun day trips to the Reagan Library, the vineyards of Santa Ynez, and the Hearst Castle. It couldn’t have been better. We hope to return next year, thank you for your generous hospitality!

Holiday with City Views

We spent the month of December in the lovely home with 180’ degree views of the city,ocean and mountains. The home had everything we needed. The dining area seats 8 with views of the sunset. The kitchen is fully stocked with high end appliances. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens and down comforters. The primary bedroom had views that were just amazing of the sunrise. The only negative is there is no area outside for your pet. But, lots of places to walk thru the Riviera. You won’t be disappointed.

Property needs a little updating (fix ice machine dishwasher) but overall the rental company thinks of everything. We had 3 power outages, tv broke but the team is pretty responsive when they can handle the situation. There was no plan for the outage (except flashlights). Maybe at least a list of cooling centers or the best a generator cuz it was 104 degrees, and we had no option of what t do with the dog. The team did not know what to do so they just hid hoping it would resolve itself! But a great house ! The Driveway is treacherous and should be addressed. One wrong move and it’s over!

AWESOME MANAGEMENT COMPANY AND PROPERTY!

Absolutely, Unobstructed, stunning panoramic views of Santa Barbara. We have family visit over our month long stay and the property served us very well. Use of the garage for a sports car and bicycles were a huge benefit. All-in-all we had a wonderful stay.... a little too rainy, but it beats the cold! Highly recommend the property management company they were very responsive to our requests and needs and appointed the property extremely well for BBQing, cooking in and all uses for TV. GREAT management company and property!

Best weekend ever!!!

The house was amazing! Beautiful views and gorgeous just like the photos! We rented this house for our wedding weekend. Everything in the house was organize and clean. It was sad leaving our morning coffee views and our dinner sunsets! We can't wait to come back. P.s. Easy to get to Monticeto!

Santa Barbara Riviera

the house was beautiful and well appointed and maintained. View was breath taking. Centrally located. actually walked to town a few times. There are three bedrooms and only two bathrooms . One being located in the master bedroom . The two other bedrooms and guests need to share the other hallway bathroom. The only major downside was the extremely steep driveway which was intimidating to drive up and back out of!
