Located in the heart of Montecito, this newer cottage has an open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen, high end furnishings, comfortable beds with fresh linens, washer and dryer, vaulted ceilings. The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The bedrooms have comfortable beds (one queen and two twins) with nice linens and plenty of pillows. Charming Montecito Cottage

We enjoyed our second stay at this charming cottage during March 2025. Our host Pat was terrific as always - great communication, responsiveness, and hospitality. The property is attractively designed, well provisioned, and clean. The location is excellent providing a beautiful and peaceful retreat while also being conveniently located for enjoying mountain trails, beaches, and other attractions.

Beautiful bungalow

This place is perfect for a stay in the Santa Barbara/Montecito area. Quiet neighborhood within a quick drive to the beach, restaurants and local attractions. Comfortable and stylish interiors in open layout with great outdoor patio spaces. Would definitely stay again!

Gorgeous cottage

Great stay

The cottage was well laid out for the four of us (my husband and I and 2 teen boys). Super easy check in. Looks exactly like it does in the photos. Comfortable furniture, great kitchen. Loved the outdoor shower to get rid of sand after the beach. We'd stay here again.

Charming Montecito Cottage

Our perfect home away from home in Santa Barbara. Host is friendly and responsive, cottage is decorated in a coastal style that I love, beds are comfy and Nespresso coffee machine welcome. The patio area is large and private, parking is easy and minutes to shopping and restaurants.

We spent three nights at this great little cottage. It was just as described in the listing and photos were accurate. Super clean, nicely stocked with kitchen items, towels, blankets, etc. Nice and quite neighborhood. Beds very comfortable.

Montecito Perfectiom

Perfect property for a restorative weekend. Distant church bells, gentle ocean breezes and bird sounds in the trees. What could be more calming and relaxing? This property is luxurious in every way. Like staying at a five star hotel at a fraction of the cost. We will definitely be back!

Lovely cottage

Location, location, location! Loved that we could walk to dinner and shop from our tidy, lovely cottage. Plus nice quiet streets to stroll in the morning hours if you stay off the main thoroughfare. Walked to mass at the beautiful Catholic chapel. Pat was an attentive and gracious host. We have booked twice and look forward to another visit.

Comfortable Charming Cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this comfortable and charming cottage in lovely Montecito. The cottage is attractively decorated and well furnished. The sunny, beautifully landscaped outdoor living space is a highlight. The owner is an excellent communicator and was very responsive to our needs. We will return next year!

Mother Daughter weekend

A friend and I stayed here with our daughters for a mother daughter weekend. This charming cottage is located within walking distance of some excellent restaurants (Jeanine’s for brunch and Tre Lune for dinner - both delicious) and a short drive to the beach. There is a cozy patio for wine and conversation and a built in BBQ. We all said we would definitively stay here again.

We loved our stay in Pat’s lovely cottage! Incredible neighborhood to walk and safe! There is a wonderful little market we walked to which has great food to take away. This spotless, little home has everything from a BBQ to a well stocked kitchen. We enjoyed the comfortable couch and beds! Excellent location for anyone attending Sand Storm in Indio. We will most certainly book again!

Loved our stay

We absolutely loved our stay here! I visited with my mother and baby daughter and it was the perfect spot to enjoy all the charms of Montecito. The location is excellent - a few minutes' drive to all of the action in the lower village (restaurants, shopping, etc.) and easy access to other attractions and activities. It's situated in a quiet, nice neighborhood. The home itself is well-appointed and equipped with all of things one would want/need. Check-in/check-out process was seamless and Pat was kind and easily accessible. I will absolutely be staying here again during my next trip and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montecito!

Quiet and Private

While still being relatively close to the center of Montecito and not far from downtown Santa Barbara, the cottage was quiet and very private. Parking is also a breeze. I have a large truck that can be hard to park in other places I've stayed in SB. No issues here with parking always available right in front of the cottage. The cottage was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Pat was very quick to respond to questions. We'll definitely stay here again if we are in town.
