- Sweet downtown home delivers big on location. In one of the quieter parts of downtown, the street dead-ends at the culvert so vehicle volume and noise are almost non-existent. Walk just 3 blocks to State Street and its pedestrian promenade. Walk or ride the Downtown Shuttle or Waterfront Trolley about 10 blocks to Stearn's Wharf and the Beach, bike, kayak, SUP rental and more.
Close enough to walk, yet far enough away to be able to relax on the covered veranda when ready.
Darling home has two full size bedrooms, one with a King, one with a Queen. A mini bedroom is tucked in the back of the home and provides two twins and access to the half bath.
Both the back and front yards are fully gated and safe for little ones or your fur baby (max two pets permitted per stay, $85/pet ).
The neighborhood is tree-lined and very safe. You'll be happy to know that onsite parking (a downtown rarity) is provided for up to three vehicles. Street parking is available for 90 minutes during the day.
