Walk to Butterfly and East Beach! Conveniently situated near Montecito’s Lower Village, this completely updated 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom townhouse overlooks the Andree Clark Bird Refuge. 5 minute Uber or drive to the Funk Zone and downtown Santa Barbara and only a short walk or ride to Butterfly and East Beach. All of Montecito's restaurants, shops and grocery stores up the street! Very quiet location with great views.

Great stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We love Santa Barbara and staying at this house made it all the more enjoyable. Communication with the host was amazing, really appreciated it, especially when we accidentally locked ourselves out lol Thank you for an amazing stay.

A great first-time experience!
Everything was easy; from check-in to check out. The property was more beautiful than expected. The location was convenient and communication with the host was great. I wasn’t sure what to expect, as this was my first time using VRBO, but they definitely exceeded all expectations and now I must say that I only hope all future experiences are as great as this one!

Great location and plenty of room
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was quiet and across the street from a bird sanctuary, and a few blocks from the beach, where we ran, walked, and watched the waves. It was especially nice to have a second bathroom with 4 adults. We would definitely stay there again!
