This splendid retreat is part of the gated Shoreline Condominiums complex and enjoys a wonderful location steps from Leadbetter Beach for surf and sun, Shoreline Park bike path, and walkway along the coast to SB Harbor and jetty. You will be close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. In addition to this prime location, you are granted access to on-site community amenities, including an outdoor pool, a clubhouse with a kitchen for entertaining, a BBQ area, and a pickleball court.

This spacious home away from home enjoys a bright open floor plan and a balcony with ocean views over red tile rooftops. Wind down and relax with your loved ones in the inviting living area, furnished with comfy sofas, a gas fireplace, and a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services. Prepare memorable homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials. Attached to the living area is the balcony, which offers views of the migrating whales, dolphins, the sailboat races, and Fourth of July fireworks. The bright primary bedroom has an updated en suite bath, a smart TV, and views of the waves and the beach.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
