A perfect condo and location!!! We loved the full view of the ocean...not just partial. Plus, walking distance to the restaurants. I wish we could have stayed longer. We definitely will return. Carp Shores 312 Five O'Clock Somewhere

A Very Relaxing Vacation

The suite is well-decorated, has very comfortable beds, and a kitchen with everything you need. But the best part is the balcony overlooking the gorgeous beach, with comfortable seating and shade, inviting you to catch up on your reading or your napping.

Amazing Beachfront Property!

Beautiful unit, exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need for cooking. Beds were super comfy! Great location, just a short walk to town and shopping. Would definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Lovely Beach Views

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Condo has a delightful balcony with comfortable furnishings and perfect ocean views. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The bed was comfortable. Easy access to gated parking, and very walkable to stores and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our mini get away.

Great stay

Excellent stay; we love the location and the view. Berm is seasonal and doesn’t affect the view from this unit. Weak water pressure in the shower was the only downer. Overall very good.

Spring break

We’ve been staying in Carpinteria for over 20 years and this was by far one of our favorite rentals! Great location and nicely done inside. Although the condo is on the third floor, it’s only 1 flight of stairs to the beach. It was super easy to bring beach gear up/down each day. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Fresh, clean, great location

Condo is on the 3rd floor with a great view of the sunset. It is very comfortable - cozy and clean. Carpenteria is a cute small town just minutes from Montecito and Santa Barbara. Onsite property manager was very helpful too.

On the Beach

The condo was wonderful- beautifully furnished, comfortable beds, well located and right on the beach! Our view was all sand and breaking waves. We only left the condo to go out for meals. It was the perfect place to relax! Many thanks to the owner for sharing his jewel of a place!
