Perched on a hill in the heart of the San Roque neighborhood, this home boasts of 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a pool, hot tub, ping pong table, and plenty of space to live and work.

When you first enter the home, you are greeted with a spacious foyer, leading into the updated kitchen with views of the impeccably maintained front yard. You can enjoy a meal at the eat-in island, or in the adjacent dining room. The living room (not pictured) boasts two luxuriously new and comfortable couches, chairs, and a fireplace- truly creating the ideal spot to curl up with a good book or enjoy conversations with company. San Roque Gem also has a separate TV room featuring a large TV and plush seating. Also on the first floor is the home office and a bedroom. The home office is large enough for two separate workstations, perfect for remote learning or working! The bedroom features a queen-sized bed, closet, and ensuite bathroom.

On the second floor, you will find the other three bedrooms and three bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a California King sized bed, TV, and two separate private balconies to watch the sunrise and sunset from. The primary bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower, dual vanities, and a walk-in closet with plenty of storage space. Also on the second level is another bedroom with a queen-sized bed, desk, and ensuite bathroom. For the youngsters and/ or visitors in your group, there is a fourth and final bedroom featuring two twin bunk beds and a full sized bed. This room also has an ensuite bathroom. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.

San Roque Gem is the epitome of outdoor fun. Guests can play ping pong on the deck, go for a swim in the pool, or take a soak in the hot tub. There is also fitness equipment for getting an outdoor workout in, as well as an outdoor couch and chairs for lounging around in the sun. After a full day of enjoying the sun, cook up some delicious BBQ on the grill and enjoy it al fresco on the dining table outside.

San Roque Gem is just down the street from a local golf course, as well as restaurants and grocery stores. The beach is just a quick 10 minute drive from the home, and there are copious amounts of hiking and biking trails nearby as well.
