Tranquil Cottage Near the Heart of Downtown SB!

Full of natural light and luxurious details, City Terrace is an ideal place to find your home away from home. This 2 bedroom, 1 bath condo is tucked away just off of the iconic State Street and is very accessible to all that Santa Barbara has to offer. It boasts a walking score of 82 and a bike score of 72.

City Terrace is where outdoor and indoor living seamlessly come together to create an oasis of relaxation and serenity. Cook a meal on the BBQ outside as you listen to the relaxing sound of the small fountain on the patio. Bask in the Santa Barbara sunshine on the plush outdoor seating (not pictured) or enjoy a meal al fresco at the bistro table.

The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need- from daily necessities to thoughtful additions, such as an espresso machine. Eat at the bar or enjoy a meal on either the indoor or outdoor dining tables. Curl up on the living room couch with a good book or to binge-watch your favorite new show. Ideal for those who work remote or just want a little extra space to work, there is a large built-in desk and shelving unit off of the living room. After work, enjoy a relaxing soak in the large tub in the remodeled bathroom. As is typical with many Santa Barbara homes, this property does not have AC. Open windows and the use of fans allow ocean breezes in to keep the house cool during hot summer months.

When it is time to turn in for the night, you can rest easy on the comfortable Queen size bed in the Master bedroom. This room also features copious amounts of storage space for you to settle in to. The second bedroom has a full size bed with a twin trundle, perfect for kids or visiting family members. Should you require more space, the couch in the living room folds out into a Queen bed as well to accommodate any overnight guests. Live comfortably and live well at City Terrace- the epitome of Santa Barbara living.
