"The curtain rod was never fixed during my 6-day stay. The hole between the shower stall and the toilet should never have been there as it only floods the toilet area causing a safety issue for guests because it makes the floor very slippery. It’s also very inconvenient as I have to change the rug every shower use and it never gets dry even with the rug. They said the hole was there as there is no drain to clean the toilet area.
