「Pros:
-Close to Holiday World
-Close to restaurants/grocery store/gas
-Had a playground outside and pool/spa
-Breakfast was good and a large seating area
Cons:
-Room was dirty
-Room was in high need of refurbishment
-Linens were terrible (hard to find linens without stains or did not seem 10+ years old)
-Toilet/shower area extremely small
-Toilet seat did not have a lid
-They still use bedspreads and they were visibly unclean
-Mattresses were clearly old
Overall it definitely deserved a lower...

「Great location right off the highway. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
If you’re looking for an inexpensive stay, with free breakfast and a pool, while visiting Holiday World, this is the place. It’s sorting noting the hotel is EST, and Holiday World is CST.」
