Very nice quite town but still close to walmart other stores etc. The staff was very friendly. Rooms was clean and supplied. Their is a restaurant within walking distance from the hotel. They have a big pond that you can fish as long as you catch and release.

This was such a great place to stay! It was clean, a short drive to Holiday World, and was exactly what we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the indoor pool and the breakfast was delicious. The vending machines being right by our room was a major plus! We will definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are in the area.

The check-in process was the easiest I have seen in a long time. The room was welcoming as was the lodge. The pool area was well kept for the use we saw there. Great for an overnight stay with a good breakfast. It was off-season so I assume they have more available in high season. Although, I was traveling with no kids and did not check out the recreation room and other offers.

Staff cool and distant. Coffee like water and hotel needs a good inside upgrade. The hotel’s outside structure is appealing so why not the inside? Not what we envisioned when we booked our stay there, given the name of their town.

The place was extremely clean and homey. The staff were exceptionally friendly and outgoing to make sure guests are comfortable. Definitely would recommend staying here if be in Santa Clause, Indiana.

Rooms were clean but outdated. Pool area needs attention! Expected a little nicer for the $$$ Close to amusement park. You are able to see fireworks every night from hotel. Lots of family’s, felt very safe. Morning breakfast was awesome.

We had such an amazing stay here. Our daughter loved the option of having an indoor and outdoor pool. The front lobby is decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations. The breakfast was delicious and we liked how it was served until 10 am. Can't wait to stay here in the future !

We were taking a mini vacation and thought the Santa Lodge would be a nice place to stay. We enjoyed our stay and were pleased with how wonderful the staff was. They were very nice and helpful. Thank you, we had fun!

Clean room. comfortable bed. courteous helpful staff . No fridge in room. Trouble with tv volume some channels fuzzy. Small bathroom low toilet great hot water and water pressure. Breakfast sparsely stocked basically waffles and cold cereal. No bread products or bagels to toast. But we did stay post peak season

Stayed in a family suite. Water and shower were hot. Room is dated but very clean. Beds we’re comfortable. Breakfast lady was a pleasure to talk to and breakfast area was kept very clean. Coffee was good. Would stay there again.

We visited after Thanksgiving and expected it to be very festive. The hotel is very clean, but outdated. The mattresses were very uncomfortable in the family suite. Everything about the place is outdated. The breakfast was very limited and the conference room for extra seating was very cold. The pool area was kept clean, except for the spa was pretty dirty. Check-in was easy and friendly for the price of the family suite I was quite disappointed in the lack of comfort and that there wasn’t even a smart TV. The walls were also very thin and we could hear everything going on in the other rooms.
