“We had a great time staying in this amazing house. The lintel over the front door indicates it was built in 1776, but step inside and it’s uncompromisingly modernist – the glass staircase is particularly exciting, and it’s fun to shower in the middle of a big room. The house is very spacious, so the 6 of us were able to spread out. It is situated on the edge of the village, so very quiet, and with great views over the countryside. The “swimming pool” is 2 metres wide and 0.5 metres deep – so……

“La maison est très confortable et l'environnement superbe. Le propriétaire Joan est très disponible, toujours à l'écoute et très serviable. Nous aurions aimé un peu plus de plats dans la cuisine et une documentation en castillan. Par ailleurs, il y a 2 intermédiaires Abritel et Belvilla ce qui rend la communication très difficile. En particulier, j'ai demandé en vain d'être remboursé des frais prélevés par la banque pour paiement en Suisse, l'obligation de paiement en Suisse n'étant mentionnée……

“The house was very comfortable and exceptionally clean and well presented. We especially enjoyed the outside area and used it both during the day and evening. There were several areas to sit and relax and a fantastic veranda with a large area for dining outside. The garden was well maintained and large enough for our dog to enjoy chasing her ball. An additional bonus for our family was that the house was wheelchair accessible and, although there were no specific adaptations, worked really well……

La casa té ABSOLUTAMENT DE TOT, equipament modern i en perfecte funcionament, casa reformada amb un gust exquisit, no hi falta ni hi sobra res, entorn meravellós amb multitud d´excursions per poder fer, informació sobre la zona i tranquilitat absoluta. “Pasamos cuatro días en mayo tres parejas y nuestros hijos. La casa es perfecta para un grupo de 9-10 personas. Hay varios espacios muy agradables para estar, de modo que unos pueden jugar, otros leer, otros ver la tele... Fuera hay un porche cubierto con una mesa grande y barbacoa, de manera que se puede usar independientemente del clima. Dentro hay una mesa grande para comer todos juntos y todo lo que puedas necesitar. ¡Y el futbolín, las hamacas y el balancín tuvieron un gran éxito entre los……

“Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la maison de Joaquim à Moia. La maison est sur un terrain de golf mais on se sent au milieu de nul part, en pleine nature -calme et détente garantis! La maison est fonctionnelle et les lits bien confortables! Toute la famille a adoré. Les enfants ont particulièrement aimé la piscine. Le propriétaire de la maison a été très aidant, notamment pour nous permettre une initiation au golf.”
