TV 40 each, Sky programming with 48 channels, double beds and 1 with 2 single beds with space and free availability of 2 more beds, wardrobe in every room, fans, bed linen and towels. Kitchen with refrigerator, cupboard, kitchen utensils, stove, blender, coffee maker, all new.
Bathrooms with glass shower, mirrors, electric showers. Possibility for up to 8 people completely comfortable. It can be rented completely or separately, being 1 ground floor house with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen for up to 3 people or 1 apartment with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom for up to 6 people.

Within a closed condominium with a beautiful viewpoint overlooking beautiful beaches of Coroa Vermelha and Santo Andre and the possibility of walking inside the condominium. Close to everything, city center with pharmacies, supermarket, supermarkets, shops, etc. Hospitals, health posts and the most beautiful beaches in Coroa Vermelha, Santo Andre, Mutari, Guaiu, Centro Historico and just 12 km from all the beaches on the Porto Seguro shore. 20 km from Rodoviaria, 21 km from the Airport and 27 km from the most popular point in Porto, Arraial d, Ajuda !!
