“Beach house is great location to the beach and boardwalk. Residence well maintained and charming. Perfect weekend getaway.”

“This is a wonderful property surrounded by redwoods. The property was clean and updated. We totally enjoyed the stay and found the property met and exceeded our expectations. Two issues prevented us from giving the property 5 stars. (1) we found the living room furniture very uncomfortable (2) also we found the beds were also not comfortable (too soft). Despite these concerns we had a wonderful stay and would return to the property as we had a very peaceful stay. The fact the property is pet……

“This place was a great find! Nearby to the beach and very comfy for our dog! I appreciated the fine touches and all the details. I especially appreciated that the host was able to communicate easily with.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The home is well stocked and the area friendly. Host has well appointed the home with items you use in a full kitchen. Great weather and only 1 big boom on the 4th of July. Would stay here again. Very dog friendly.”

“This is a gem! Small but comfortable. TheLocation is excellent within walking distance to pier, boardwalk, restaurants and morning coffee places. Khristina is an attentive host and is ready for anything you may need.I highly recommend and will stay again in the future.”

“The Redwoods surrounding the cabin were spectacular. The owner is an artist and some of her works adorned the cabin and were very interesting. Parking was OK. The creek is close by but so is the road you come in on and you hear both. Would consider staying there again.”

“Can I just move in?! The property is in the most ideal location. Very easy to walk to the beach and the beautiful downtown. We walked into the house and immediately felt like we were on vacation. It’s clean with quality furniture & a very comfortable bed. My daughter and her 3 friends enjoyed the downstairs 2 double beds. Claire was extremely responsive, provided snacks and a welcome note / wine. Capitola in general seems to have spotty WiFi. I had planned to work from the location but WiFi was……

“Description was accurate. The property was clean. There is no dishwasher in the property so when my husband the chef realized that it made our decision to eat out easier. It’s pretty close to everything. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.”

“The property was in a perfect location and the yard was beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing we were looking forward to was the hot tub, but there is no hot tub like the description states. The twin mattresses were very tall for our kids (4 and 6) so we had to move them to the floor so they wouldn’t fall off. Other than that I would definitely recommend this amazing property and hope to come back one day! Thank you!”
