Great location, loved the terrace

Beautiful and very clean 3-level apartment in a great part of the city. There's a grocery store below the apartment and you're a 5-10 minute walk from the heart of Santa Cruz and the ocean. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace; it was very large with multiple lounging areas. It truly elevated this apartment.Opening the door to the building and initially getting into the apartment was a bit complex, but once we were in, there is a fob which makes locking and unlocking extremely easy. The fully stocked kitchen made cooking meals easy. We also really appreciated the sharp knives as that is rare. We definitely recommend staying here!
