The property is beautiful with well kept gardens and plenty of beautiful birds. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The view is spectacular. The shower was excellent, good pressure and hot water.

Hay que tener mucho cuidado con la calle a la entrada del hotel, mucha piedra y una nos rajó la llanta. El servicio es excelente, a las instalaciones les falta algo de mantenimiento y cuidado a lis detalles. Mi cuarto tenía un microhondas, refri, lavadero,coffe maker y algunos utensilios básicos pero no hay toallas de papel o un limpión, tampoco una esponja o jabón de platos, la refri estaba apagada por lo que al regresar al cuarto teníamos un gran charco de agua del hielo que puse en el congelador. El entorno es muy lindo, jardines preciosos.

Hôtel d’étape avec le minimum de confort. Le Wifi est très aléatoire comme la douche. Je me suis retrouvé un avec un filet d’eau et j’ai dû attendre que l’eau revienne. Les groupes ne sont pas bien gérés. Nous nous sommes retrouvés à déjeuner dehors car des personnes d’un groupe avait décidés de prendre notre table.

Stunning Views, Very Comfortable

A great friendly welcome we stayed here as we had visited Irazú volcano and Turrialba volcano as well as Guayabo national monument. Making a trip from one to the next…. Do not try to drive to Turrialba if you don’t have 4x4, local people told me the road, which I drove almost to the end, was FATAL… anyway that’s just a tip if that’s your plan. The hotel, lodge was fantastic. Our room spacious, comfortable and all we needed for an overnight stay, and womdeviews of the mountains around and a view of Turrialba Volcano behind us. Evening dinner was tasty and plentifully enough and enjoyed by all. We made use of the bar before dinner and played cards in the lounge area in the lodge. Travelling around a country there’s never enough time spent in one place, this place I wished we had spent a couple more days in. Thank you ❤️
