"There is no front desk/reception. This wasn't a problem, but you'll need to call or WhatsApp in advance to get the key code for your room entry. No big deal. Good location, good sized room, strong air conditioning. Very little soundproofing between rooms, so you'll be reliant on the other guests being polite and respectful. Low water pressure. Overall not perfect but fine for the price!"

"Our stay at this hotel in Punta Cana was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The food was delicious with plenty of options, and the amenities were excellent. The beach and pool areas were stunning and made the whole experience even more relaxing. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely return. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Punta Cana!"
