Amazing Twin Lakes Beach Views

The Yellow Beach Cottage is a darling cottage with accommodations for 6. The cottage has two bedrooms. One bedroom has a king-size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king-size bed. There is a separate TV room that contains a queen-size bed. There is one full bath with a walk-in shower. There is also a nice full kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The Yellow Beach Cottage is located at one of the best beaches in Santa Cruz and is within walking distance to numerous restaurants. Most importantly, the cottage has an amazing large deck that takes full advantage of the spectacular ocean view.

We were so pleased with the location of this home. It felt like a home away from home.. The beds were comfortable everything you would need in the kitchen. Quiet neighborhood. Close quick walk down the stairs to the beach. Crows Nest for dining right down the way. We all were very happy.

Perfect Weekend

Wonderful beach cottage, well located. Although small for a three bedroom, space was not an issue as the home is well laid out and the deck is huge with a stunning view. Easy to find and park, we will definitely look to stay here whenever available.

This is just the best place for beach access, views of ocean and beach and fantastic sunsets. Easy six block walk to good restaurants at the harbor.

Twin Lakes cottage

The stay was great. Right next to the beautiful beach and harbor. House was terrific. Parking could be tight. Balcony view was awesome. Good location. Great accommodation.

Beautiful house in a perfect Beach location.

The house was clean, kid friendly and well maintained. The layout made it easy to enjoy time together as a family but also have privacy if needed. The views and access to the beach were stunning. Amazing location and amazing house. Highly recommend.

Wonderful beach house

We loved everything, the house was very clean, well stocked,we cooked and bbq. We enjoyed the beautiful view from a large deck and easy access to the beach. Amazing views from living room, dining room and master bedroom. We give it a 5+ on everything and will be back this summer. Highly recommend it. Our stay was from February 23 thru 25th Aida

Making Memories!

My family stayed in this charming house, and it was better than we hoped. We had everything we needed, plenty of space for four of us and convenient parking. The views from the deck were spectacular and the beach and harbor close enough to walk to. Very comfortable and clean and great place to make memories! The owner Tim was very responsive and made sure everything was in order. Highly recommend!

Lovely Home

We enjoyed our visit to this lovely home. It was a joy to be so close to the beach and the attention to detail within the home made it feel very intentional and high quality. The only thing that I would want others to know that although this home faces the gorgeous shore it also backs up to a very busy street and there was considerable traffic noise from 7am - 7pm. Not a dealbreaker, just something to note.

Great cottage right overlooking Twin Lakes

Nicely updated and decently stocked rental. Amazing views of the beach and literally just steps from the beach. The deck is optimized for the beautiful views with adirondack chairs, a table with umbrella and recliners.The cottage is clean and with 2 parking spots in the alley behind. Only nit are the beds are older and could use updating, but everything else about the rental was great. The host was also very communicative and responsive when we had some questions or issues.

Good but not great

Cleanliness could have been better. Refrigerator was not clean and trash remained in the trash can. Couch had some trash between cushions. Bathrooms are really tight on space. King sized bed was a little too big for the room and a little lumpy. The location was fantastic.

Perfect location

The house is a bit dated, and be aware that there is no AC…. But we came in the height of summer and it wasn’t a problem. But really, you’re renting this place for it’s location & that was perfection. Everyone in our party (ranged from 3 to 73) was able to get up and down the rock path which is steps from the front door! The owner was great to communicate with & we had an absolute blast! Parking in SC can be a nightmare and renting this place gave us 4 spots (2 in the back of the house and 2 we took at 6am when they were empty). Would definitely rent again!

Incredible Beach Getaway

My wife, 5 year old daughter, and I stayed at this property and we could not have asked for a better place to spend a long weekend at the beach! The location and short walk down the stairs to the beach was perfect for our family. The view from the deck is absolutely gorgeous. The house was tastefully appointed, kitchen was beautiful and contained everything we needed, the bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds, and the internet was fast. We really appreciated the private parking spots, and my wife and I can't stop talking about how gorgeous the views were. We had no complaints at all and plan to visit again in the future. My only note is the location might not be ideal for someone with difficulty climbing stairs if you plan on spending time on the beach, however anyone would find it easy to enjoy the view from the deck, regardless of mobility restrictions.

Twin Lakes Beach House

Cute cottage, well appointed, nice location. The deck overlooking the ocean is huge. It would be nice if there was some sort of an outdoor sectional with a gas fire pit to sit by when it's cold outside. But there is an indoor fireplace which was really nice!
