Mediterranean home that steps to the private end of Twin Lakes Beach. Blacks Beach has great swimming, surfing and skim boarding. Walk to the Harbor, Crow's Nest, Como di Lago, The kind Grind Coffee Shop and other great spots. Bike rentals available. Our house is fully equipped for your enjoyment. bath and beach towels, linens and down quilts. There are two master bedrooms (California king & two extra long twin beds) with full baths upstairs and balconies. There is a queen sofa bed downstairs with a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is indoor dining room seating for four and outdoor seating.

A warm outdoor shower is located on the side yard and there is a tropical secluded patio in the backyard with gas BBQ, dining table and chairs. Skim boards, boogie boards and beach toys are provided. This home is perfect for two couples or a family. (2-6 occupancy). We will accept pets upon approval but there is an additional fee. Parties and Weddings are not allowed.

We had a relaxing, peaceful stay at this quiet beautifully decorated home a few feet from the beach. Most of what we needed was in walking distance. Communication on the property was excellent throughout but there was nothing we had any issues with. Keep a look out for a small toad who hangs out on the back patio, he likes to come out in the evening. Catch a sunset, catch a sunrise and remember you can walk to and from the Crows Nest via Twin Lakes beach during low tide.

Fantastic house and location

Such a beautiful home and so comfortable. Beds were comfy and the kitchen well stocked. The back yard was really pleasant and we ate dinner there each night. It was also perfect for the dog. We loved the close proximity to the beach, where we spent many fun moments. We went to the boardwalk which was an easy drive. Also visited Henry Cowell state park, about 25 minutes away, totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Amazing! Clean, colorful, with thoughtfully designed spaces that accommodate a variety of preferences and needs. Absolutely beautiful art in every room. My favorite thing was the tiles in the "Lifeguard" bath upstairs. Laurie was easy to communicate with, and the beach (my favorite in Santa Cruz) is literally six houses away! The outdoor shower was a lifesaver after our multiple trips for sandy feet (human and canine). My only regret is not spending more time lounging in the beatiful backyard. 100% recommend for all ages who don't mind stairs.

Fantastic house doors down from the beach!

This is one of our favorite rental properties in Santa Cruz and Laurie is a fantastic host! The house is adorable and well adorned. Fantastic east side location and close to everything we love about Santa Cruz! Recommend highly.

Charming beach house

A group of old friends rented this little gem of a house for the weekend. Beautifully laid out, very comfortable and well appointed. Great beds. What a Delightful Beach House!

The house is open, bright and sunny, and it was so clean and inviting. Everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach was provided, beyond what we could have imagined we even needed. We had the best vacation in years, the house is so close to the beach. We would definitely return to this location, wonderful host, beautiful home.
