Meine Frau und ich haben eine Woche in diesem Ferienhaus verbracht. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt dort okay.Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietungs-Agentur läuft großenteils über ein Portal. Die dort verfügbaren Informationen sind okay, aber wir haben schon deutlich bessere und informativere Portale gesehen.Das Haus war sauber und Bettwäsche sowie Handtücher für 2 Personen vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist vollständig und die Küche angenehm modern.Es scheint jedoch ein technisches Problem bei diesem Haus vorzuliegen. Im Erdgeschoss ist der Putz an vielen Stellen durch Feuchtigkeit aufgequollen und teilweise sogar schon abgeplatzt. Leider stinkt es im kleinen Bad neben dem Eingang permanent sehr ekelig nach Kanalisation. Das befüllen sämtlicher Abflüsse im Raum mit Wasser hat nicht geholfen – das Problem scheint schwerwiegender zu sein. Wir haben die Vermietungsagentur darüber informiert und man hat sehr freundlich mit uns am Telefon gesprochen. Aber eine Lösung des Problems gab es leider nicht. Wir haben den Ratschlag bekommen, zu lüften.Die Terrasse ist eigentlich sehr schön, bietet leider aber nur wenig Windschutz oder Schatten, so dass wir mehr Zeit im Inneren des Hauses verbringen mussten, als wir es gerne getan hätten.Die Lage des Hauses an sich ist super. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind fußläufig erreichbar. Viele Ausflugsziele im Osten der Insel schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.Die Schnellstraße und die Flugzeuge haben uns nicht wirklich gestört. Nachts war es durchaus ruhig

Mein Urlaub auf Madeira

Die Unterkunft war wie in der Anzeige beschrieben, ein wunderschöner Ausblick aufs Meer. Schon beim Aufwachen hat man vom Bett aus den Blick auf den Atlantik. Leider liegt das Grundstück in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Schnellstraße und in der Einflugschneise zum Flughafen Funchal

Bonsoir, Un grand problème à l'arrivée : personne pour nous accueillir. Bien sûr, il était un peu plus de 20 h 30. Il y avait un numéro de téléphone à contacter mais je l'ai effacé par mégarde (mea culpa) mais je pense que tout était en anglais et que j'aurai eu du mal à me faire comprendre. Et de toute façon les clés étaient assez difficile à utiliser sans une aide extérieure. La moindre des choses eut été d'avoir un représentant de Guestready sur place même à une heure tardive. Heureusement qu'une voisine nous a aidé et à réussi en 2 heures à contacter le propriétaire qui est venu personnellement nous ouvrir les portes. A quoi sert cette société de gestion si ce n'est pour le ménage de fin de séjour où à l'heure indiquée les femmes de ménages étaient présentes alors que j'avais spécifié au propriétaire que je quittais le logement vers 12 h. Propriétaires très sympathiques qui nous ont beaucoup aidé contrairement à Guestready, juste là pour encaisser les loyers et faire le ménage (et prendre la commission au passage). Le problème de la télé n'est toujours pas réglé en sachant que de toute façon il n'y a que des programmes portugais. Par contre WI-Fi excellente.
