Beautiful Property

We had a great stay. The house is stocked with everything you need, is beautifully decorated, and is super clean. It's conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood.

Great location, comfortable house, broken BBQ

The house is located in a convenient spot within walking distance to the beach. You can view the ocean from the deck. The house is clean and mostly well appointed. The outdoor fire pit and hot tub were great. The only bummer was that the outdoor grill was completely rusted out to the point that the central internal burner was missing. It was kind of a problem because we were supposed to be grilling for dinner that night. The property manager responded quickly but couldn’t resolve the problem in a timeframe that was helpful for us. It would have been a five star stay but for the broken BBQ.

Stayed here for a wedding and it was the prefect place for us to reconnect with some old friends. House was super nice and had many amenities that we did not get the chance to use due to all of us being groomsmen in the wedding and having events to attend. The layout and design of the house is amazing.

Family retreat

We enjoyed our stay and this house met our needs in every way. Love that the downstairs was perfect for my daughter, her husband and their two children. It gave them space on their own. The beach is a short 1 block away. The house was stocked with everything we needed including coffee!

we had a great time - Two adults and one toddler upstairs; two adults and one toddler downstairs! we cooked nice meals in the kitchen, spent time at beach and on bikes with the kids, and in the hot tub after kid bedtimes! John was great to work with.

Perfect Trip to Santa Cruz!

Our Friends for the Long Run group of women had a great stay here! Every year we travel for a half marathon. This may have been our best year yet! The house is perfect and has everything you could possibly want! The kitchen is perfect for a large group of cooks, and is well appointed down to the details (brand new sponges!). The living room accommodated everyone comfortably to enjoy happy hour with a sunset in the backround. The beach towels were warm and cozy, and the bath towels fluffy. Comfortable beds with nice sheets! We loved having access to a few wetsuits and boogie boards so we could all get in the ocean and play. Hot tub and outdoor shower were awesome. So many fun things to do we didn’t have time to ride bikes or sit by the outdoor fire. Owners were attentive and helpful with suggestions for restaurants and things to do. Wish we could have stayed for a month!

Great home for a girls getaway weekend!

My girlfriends and I just stayed at this house for the second year and we loved it! House is stylishly furnished with comfortable beds and lots of room for people to hang out without feeling crowded. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and supplies (extra thanks to John for remembering that we’d ask for additional Tupperware and ziplocs to be added to the kitchen after our last visit). House is clean, organized and well maintained. . We look forward to another trip next year. Thanks for sharing your house with us!

Wonderful stay!!! Best beach rental!

My husband’s birthday was this weekend and we did a couples trip with a few of our closest friends. John’s Santa Cruz beach rental was the perfect place for all of us! The house was so clean, had comfortable beds, fully stocked, and just a real treat! The location was amazing and the view of the beach from the top balcony was awesome. The backyard with the fire pit and hot tub was a real bonus. John was very easy to communicate with and his instructions were easy to follow. We hope to be able to say here again soon!! Thanks for the hospitality.

Exceptional property

I set up a business retreat for four couples and of course you always want the best. I was overwhelmed with the location, cleanliness and overall layout of the home. It's walking distance to the beach, centrally located for bike paths, shopping and all conveniences. A short drive to Santa Cruz boardwalk and downtown. The owners have made it SO EASY to check in and out. They were there via text for any questions we had. We would highly recommned to our friends.

Beautiful home in Excellent Location

This was our second visit to this vacation rental and it’s was just as beautiful and relaxing as our first visit to this home. Very spacious, well equipped, and great location. The hot tub , bicycling, beach chairs, coolers, toys, everything you need to relax and enjoy your with family and/or friends is there. Can’t go wrong with this vacation home!

Fabulous girls weekend!!!

We stayed at this lovely beach house with 10 adults. We slept well on the super comfy mattresses with luxurious bedding. The Kitchen was well stocked for cooking and preparing food. We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit in the evenings. The house has bikes and all kinds of beach gear. A couple girls in our party commented on how well the bikes were maintained as well. The owner also has loads of well organized information on how to utilize the house and activities in and around the area. I highly recommend staying here and would love an excuse to come back!
