This peaceful, cozy, fully furnished and equipped beachfront condo is situated in a secure, gated community. It's ready for you and your family to enjoy. Located midway between Santa Cruz and Monterey, it's an easy drive from most San Francisco Bay area locations. Gift certificates are available!

This two-bedroom/two-bath condo offers busy Silicon Valley residents an affordable vacation with a variety of activities -- or the choice to do nothing at all! And it's right on the beach! The place was very nice and clean. Also a great location steps from the beach. The master bed was very comfortable but the twin beds were not. Both adults complained that they were uncomfortable and they slept terribly. The listing also stated there was a fitness center. We erroneously interpreted that to be a gym with equipment to work out on. That is not what it was.

A wonderful family getaway with my parents and aunt. So enjoyed the beach access, walking along the coast every day and picking up treasures. This was a perfect unit for four of us and worked out so well for those of us with mobility issues. Very comfortable, felt right at home. Parking was plentiful. The condo was immaculate. Cooking breakfast every morning & doing laundry was a breeze with the well-stocked unit. The beach was two minutes out the door and boardwalk - each condo complex has their own access point in the middle. My boys loved having their own beds to sleep in. The unit is on the bottom floor and very quiet - I got plenty of sleep every night I was there!

Very Nice

The property is very nice and location perfect. Bring your own games and entertainment for kids, as it wasn’t very set up for families but the location is worth bringing a few extra games. It was clean and super convenient to the beach. Overall will return!

We have been staying at the Dunes for 5 years now every summer break. This was first time in the Shorebirds side. It was great, condo was very clean. Comfy beds and great spot. Will sure book again next summer if possible. Only one thing I would change (my ocd kicking in) is the trash can needs a lid in the kitchen so maybe a new can. Maintenance and on site staff were very nice and helpful.

Place was very nice, you can just walk over the dunes to reach the beach. Very spacious and not crowded. Beach was clean as well. Definitely vacationing here with the kids again. Very kid friendly.

Awesome relaxation with real human character

We've stayed in a lot of units at Pajaro Dunes. Honestly, they're all amazing - this location is ever stellar. This unit is refreshing for not being one of those sterile IKEA-stocked rental units where everything is blue glass and "beach" written in rope on the walls. There's really intriguing art and a generally really relaxing vibe. I love the mirrors! The use of the electronic lock made check in and check out a lot faster than other PD units - nice!Thanks for an absolutely wonderful stay!

The condo was exactly how it was listed. It was very comfortable and cozy. We were on the lower floor so you can hear the kids running upstairs but it was not all night. The beach access was so close from condo. I would go back again.

The condo was exactly as stated in the listing and the owner was very prompt with all communication. The location was great, it was a short walk to the beach where you could walk north into Sunset State Beach . The resort is gated with friendly. Easy drive to Monterey about 35-40 miles. It fit all our needs and we would stay again.
