Had an enjoyable stay at the property the week before Christmas with my 4 teenagers (14, 15, 17,19) and one adult daughter (20). Plenty of room for all 7 of us and comfortable enough to spread out. The kitchen was large and had most items we needed to cook meals when we felt the need to eat in for a change. The place was clean and tidy and warm enough.The only issues we experienced were the burnt out bulbs on the outside area, the dining room, and a plugged-up drain, but on communication with the property manager, a crew was sent out the next day to address. The view is extraordinary! We enjoyed many meals on the balcony overlooking the ocean and watched cruise ships and over boats coming and going from the Funchal port just west of the property.
