「Room was clean, plenty of space to unload our clothes and luggage. Owner was very helpful and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Hot water can be a bit hit or miss.」

「Worst customer service experience ever, and the worst host I have encountered.
The property is much farther from the pier than expected, and there was very little water pressure in the shower.
The biggest issue was how the owner handled a pricing error. After our first night, we were overcharged at check-in due to a discrepancy with the price advertised and confirmed online. Instead of taking responsibility, the owner, Rocio, blamed Expedia and the customer.
