「The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the room」

「Very spacious apartment in the center of Madrid. Convenient location and all nice facilities.」

「Excellent location. Beds comfortable. Room well maintained with nice balcony overloooking pedestrian street. Now room is bright (not as dark per previous reviews) which I am especially happy about. 」

「The friendly staff went above and beyond to make our short stay wonderful. The welcome mimosa to the surprise delivered snack to our room with wine. Our room was not ready when we arruved, when we came back later to get our keys we found they had already brought our kuggage to the room. Beautiful room with amazing views. 「It is a very convenient location, very close to the old city centre. Reception is very nice and helpful. Room is good and clean. Very satisfied.」

「The staff are super helpful and friendly, front desk, concierge and the manager on duty are so efficient and helped us with all our needs」

「The location of the hotel is indeed very convenient and central, making it easy to access many attractions, restaurants, and transport options in the city. However, one major issue during my stay was the noise level at night. There is a pub located very close to the hotel, and the noise from people talking, laughing, and leaving the venue continued well past midnight. Another concern relates to the design of the washroom area in the room. It does not have a proper door separating it from the...

「Everything is good but hotel located in pedestrian zone so it's inconvenient to carry luggages in and out bcz car can't park in front of hotel door. You have to move your luggages by walking from abt 10-15 mins distance. All the communication exchange by whatsapp ( robot ) , some situations is hard to explain bcz robot can't get it 100% 」
