This hotel is great and in the perfect location if you don’t want to be near the super busy roads. We stayed at another hotel near El Retiro and loved this one so much more. Plus their breakfast and staff are excellent!

The customer service was wonderful, and every staff was friendly and accommodating especially with us since we have a baby.
