The master bedroom is impressive with an en-suite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. All bedrooms are complete with comfortable furniture and air-conditioning and the upstairs bedrooms all enjoy access to the grand terrace overlooking the swimming pool and private grounds. Please note that one of the twin bedrooms upstairs does not have AC, however fans are provided for your comfort.

All our villas are well-equipped with a bluetooth speaker according to the sound regulations in Ibiza. Under no circumstances will outside equipment including, speakers or DJ equipment be tolerated on the premises. Penalties will apply and will result in an instant eviction with no refunds being given.
Please note that this fantastic villa is located in a residential area; therefore, we ask all guests to be respectful of neighbours who live in close proximity. We kindly remind all guests to familiarise themselves with our noise policy as per our booking terms and conditions.
Additionally, the villa is fitted with noise sensors - if noises levels reach above the maximum legal level, you will be notified with a warning. Any complaints from the neighbours, town hall or police regarding noise can result in on-the-spot fines which guests will be liable to pay.
Arrival between 21:00 and 04:00 is subject to 80 late arrival fee.
