“I booked a 5:30 p.m. spa treatment and told the staff at booking that my phone had no service anywhere on the resort property. While I was soaking, the spa called at 4:51 and 5:02 p.m. to say the therapist could not arrive on time and ask if I could move to 6:30. I saw the messages at 5:15 but still had no service to call back. When I arrived at the spa at 6:15, I was told my appointment had been canceled because I had not responded. I understand that a new time might require confirmation, but……

“Everything was wonderful. The location is ideal, walking distance to downtown shops and restaurants. The Inn bar and lounge is a highlight. It’s large but still feels warm and cozy. Great spot for an apres dinner night cap.”

“Really liked the location, quiet with a great view from the hotel. The pool was wonderful and still open in late September. “This was our 2nd stay and we loved it as much as the first time. The property is lovely with a friendly staff and excellent location for walking to the shops, museums and restaurants around the plaza area. It is also great to have staff come up and light a fire in the fireplace when you wish. We love staying here.”

“Very nice”

“The room we had was small but adequate. The bathroom was tiny and inconvenient to use. The grounds were extensive, very lovely and beautifully maintained by only two very hardworking men.”
